Caroline started her career as a bookkeeper before becoming an accountant, giving her a strong understanding of both the practical and technical sides of accounting. Over the years, she has nurtured and evolved her knowledge, experience and passion for helping people, creating Meta Accounting into the business it is today.
As the owner and Head Accountant, Caroline is passionate about building genuine relationships with clients and making accounting feel a little less complicated. She brings a wealth of experience to the team and loves helping clients find practical solutions that work for their individual needs.
Jess De Vries - Accountant
Jess absolutely loves helping clients navigate their tax returns and making the tax process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. She enjoys getting to know her clients, and she is always happy to offer a little free gardening advice, whether you asked for it or not!
Maddy Mewett - Accountant and Bookkeeper
Maddy takes accounting and tax by storm. With over five years of experience working as an accountant, she brings a wide range of knowledge, experience and problem-solving skills to the Meta Accounting team. Teneale Humphry - Bookkeeper and Client Support
Teneale is the newest member of the Meta Accounting team and brings three years of bookkeeping experience to the role. She is passionate about making sure everything is organised and running smoothly behind the scenes. As well as bookkeeping, Teneale provides client support and is always happy to help answer questions and point clients in the right direction.
